Those STOP codes all indicate a hardware problem of some kind.

The hard part is figuring out which one: memory, disk subsystem (raid
controller & disks), motherboard (check for bad capacitors!), cpu, etc.

As you found out already, a bad PSU can cause memory problems. I've seen
bad PSUs damage anything attached - drives and motherboards alike, even
if the damage isn't visible to the naked eye.

STOP code 0xF4 is BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO
STOP code 0x21A is STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED
STOP code 0x80 is an NMI error, ie RAM ECC failure
STOP code 0x77 is KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR - could not access certain
blocks in the page file, I usually see this when the hard disk has bad
sectors that affect the page file.

Given the wide variety of STOP codes a good visual inspection of the
motherboard would be first on my to do list, calling Dell for a
replacement MB would be #2 - I'm assuming its a Dell since you're
downloading OpenManage.

If the machine isn't under warranty I would definitely be making the
case to get a new one.

BTW, this site is invaluable for helping decode the STOP codes:
