Yes But that's just for machines with any sort of XP COA on it - I imagine they'll be offering to "pre-downgrade" Vista Business -> XP Pro for quite a while yet.
For those not in the know, MS allows people with OEM Vista Business and Vista Ultimate to downgrade to XP Professional.
