If you're trying to save money I strongly recommend refurbished Dells -

You can get a refurbished Latitude or OptiPlex cheaper than you can an
identically-configured brand-new Vostro/Inspiron.

Refurb'ed machines look *really* good (almost as good as new) and have
the same exact warranty terms and options as brand-new machines.
