I second this... Have purchased literally hundreds of machines from the Dell Outlet. Have had great success with them and saved lots of money.
Swing for the "complete care" for notebooks if you can. Covers user damage and has paid for itself several times with some of my users. (Most recently, for a user who checked his notebook in his luggage...)
