Subject: FTP Web Server problem

I have a client with a Windows 2003 Server Web Edition in a DMZ that is
setup
to act an FTP server.  Their application developers regularly FTP new
revisions of their custom LOB app to this box.  The problem is that at least

once a week they will get a timeout message and then get disconnected.  Once

that occurs the only way to continue working is to restart the server.  I
have never been able to recreate the original issue, and I can only see the
aftermath.  Is there something I can look at to help troubleshoot what is
causing this problem?
