Thanks Ben, I have yet to formulize a specific mindset as to what will be virtualized and what wont be, Exchange, High end SQL etc. Most of the people using VZ, virtualize about everything provided they have a powerful enough box. Still others choose to keep SQL and Exchange dedicated and virtualize everything else. It really is a case by case and comes down to whether we want to support another Virtual software. The struggle comes down to what is best for my company as well as the needs of the client and are ability to support them. Right now I am just playing with VZ in my offtime to decide if its something I need to create some training docs on and start getting my team members up to speed on it. But I can say most of the big hosting companies are on it 100%. They have the lock on that market so the validation of the software is no longer an issue.
