Thanks. Forgot about LogMeIn. Looked at the logs, Had to kill the drivers for his tuner card, and kill the DRM system files to force Vista to make new ones. All is well again. Phil and David: Thanks for your help and input.

I've never had any edition of Windows care about such a change. If it fully boots part of the time I would hazard a guess that the PSU isn't beefy enough for a quad-core CPU.
