I have had users whose Adobe reader has failed.  They are too busy to stop 
using their machines for the brutal process of purging their machine of 
all things Adobe, then re-installing and updating.  They do need to read 
PDF files "right now!".

For them, I install FoxIt on their systems to get them back up and 
running, and make the note to go fix their Adobe reader at a more 
convenient time.
