Low an behold, the freaking website came up! A generic account logins into a Terminal Server and opens up the IE, types in .com site and receives an error that the site is not reachable. But if you go to any other site for example a: .biz .uk .org you can access the site. Now if I login as the admin, I can go anywhere on the web.
