We have a weekly team meeting with the Windows Server admins and our supervisor - scheduled for an hour, but often we either skip the meeting entirely or cut it short. We try to make sure we get any updates from management and know what each other is doing. Any problems, new processes, etc are brought up here. We also have a every other week on-call meeting where we go over all the pages from the last 2 weeks and transition the on-call phone. This is scheduled for 30 minutes - it usually takes 15 to go through the pages. -Brian
