Our telephony stuff is Nortel and some of it is already virtualized so we're
open to giving it a try.  If it doesn't work, we can always turn the
physical back on.  We've always been willing to try virtual even when the
vendor/mfg said it wasn't supported.  So far, we've only had to go physical
on one application....;)
