We use it here – rely on it for a number of customers.  And, I agree – it is
the worst interface ever devised by man.

 

Best thing to remember for navigation – start every action on the top menu,
then the left-hand menu comes into play once the screen options change.

 

Other than that – look into ConfigMgr 2007 for a much better option.

Of all the enterprise management solutions I’ve had the chance to work with
(and there’s a LOT of them), Kaseya has the worst user interface. They
clearly took their lead from the Exchange 2007 team J

 

Seriously, you should consider n-Able or HP or another more robust solution.
