What about bomgar? On the fly wan, works with pc/mac and windows mobile.

A friend of mine just bought readydesk. Which has a prebuilt vnc download I
think it does some basic accounting and help desk and was like 200 bucks.

I use inet-sciences (helpdesk/ticketing on the wan side) and spiceworks
(monitoring/internal helpdesk/ vnc) as well as looking at groundworks now
(spiceworks based on gpl).

Last I checked they didn't have an update for vista, but I thought the
gidsoftware helpdesk was nice. It's a downloadable control and the ini file
can have preset times/ips/hours on it, so you can do like a schedule of
techs for the week and whoever downloads the file will be back connected to
the 'on duty' tech.
