And, I agree - it is the worst interface ever devised by man. Best thing to remember for navigation - start every action on the top menu, then the left-hand menu comes into play once the screen options change. Other than that - look into ConfigMgr 2007 for a much better option. They clearly took their lead from the Exchange 2007 team J Seriously, you should consider n-Able or HP or another more robust solution.
