Angus Scott-Fleming, you keep sending messages to this list where
the entire message body is encoded in MIME BASE64, but the message
headers don't specify a BASE64 encoding, so the encoded data is
displayed rather than the decoded text.  Example:

  That was your message dated Thu, 05 Feb 2009 22:22:53 -0700, with
subject <Re: Del *.bak after 7 days>.  Decoding the body manually,
your first sentence was "Yep, I use TDEL for this."

  So far, I've only seen it on your replies, but that may be coincidence.
