Not familiar with Isentry, but St. Bernard IPRISM is quite effective and very easy to use. Out of the box you can enable the filters you want and it pretty much works. When you want to start handling multiple policies and exemptions to the policies you have a little bit of trial and error/reading, or just calling their tech support line (Who know what they are doing) and get your answers.
