Run a linux box with Squid proxy service? You provide the hardware and the
O/S is free. I'd be happy to try and find a Linux users' group in your area
who would likely be happy to help out for free. A little research and it
looks like the closest LUG would be the Mid-Willamette Valley Linux Users
Group or possibly the OSLUG, Oregon State Linux Users Group.

Do any of you have experience with the iSentryIII Content Filtering
appliance? We're looking for content filtering alternatives to WebSense.
We're required to run filtering (thank you, CIPA!! - not!). Any pluses
or minuses you experienced would be helpful. Also, any inexpensive
alternatives (we're a non-profit children's mental health organization,
with about 100 users on a bonded T-1 Internet connection).
