Proximity Card Network Logon

Hi All, do any of you have experience with using Proximity Cards for netowrk 
logons and single signon? We are looking to simplify our multiple password 
infrastructure, and are looking at Biotech or Proximity devices and software. 
Software advice would greatly be appreciated.
