If the primary one in the main building goes, then we still have the off site one with all the data on it. We also spin off two tapes once a month for long term backup and send those to a safe in another location. These are LITO4 tapes. We can keep just over 1 year of daily, weekly and monthly backups on the systems (I think there is like 5.9 gig of raw disk space on the disk systems). They use a de-duplicating so we are getting about a 30 to 1 de-duping storage on the disk subsystems. Felis demulcta mitis ... Alan G.
