I won't put a DMARC in my server room(s). I refuse to let the telephone company
even on the same floor.

The building wont let you terminate the DMARC in your server room?
Outrageous... Sounds like a union shop to me.

Same here... We just got new T1's and the LEC terminated in the DMARC. Our
building contracts out to a 3rd party to extend to our server room. We were
charged $200 per line terminated.

IN our building that is all they are allowed to do. We have to use the
Buildings designated company to pull from DMARC to RACK

Great fun coordinating :)

Is it normal practice of the ISP to have the customer hire and pay for a
3-party technician to run a feed from the DMARC (basement) to our office/rack
area?

Never seen it before with the few ISPs I have worked with...

Just checking...
