I was able to force a scandisk on C: drive via UBCD. Waited for scandisk to 
finish and now it comes up with no issues.
 
Looked at the Event Viewer/System Log and found the reason that it was shutting 
down at login was because the COM+ Service was not running and it there was an 
issue trying to report that to the event viewer log system. I guess scandisk 
found the issue and fixed it.

        I looked these up in Recovery Manager and they are all set to System. 
In the ntbtlog.txt file it shows that these did load, but then they didn't.
