Well, the system is shutting down gracefully. And it is happening right when
the logon screen comes up. I have done a BootLog from F8 and booted normally
to see what I get. I only get 5 services that don't load.... let me rephrase
that, two do not load, the other three load, but then they show that they
are not loaded. I am looking at the ntbtlog.txt file.

The other issue is that this server is a Windows 2003 Standard Server and
the customer cannot find their cd's. :(

I am about ready to make a backup of the C:\Drive to a USB drive. I have a
250GB SATA that I have in an enclosure and I do have the UBCD. I will use
Image XML to make the backup. I just don't want to do anything to the drive
till I have something to fall back on, even if it is messed up. At least I
won't have to reinvent the wheel should something happen.

I will be here all night if I have to. This is a major account for us, but
it is also a non-profit agency and they need this server to help allocate
the funds to the needy.
