Yessir I have. It's what we use for our PDF creation and touchup - the volume-licensed Enterprise edition is less than 1/2 the cost of Acrobat Standard.
It does a reasonably good job on simple PDFs but large documents - like a 400-page laser printer service manual - are hit-and-miss.
