This is a periodic request I get.  Google yields many possibilities - besides 
Acrobat (which may be too expensive for us right now) does anyone have 
experience with a PDF to Word converter that does a consistently good job 
bringing PDFs into Word maintaining formatting? I've done a few trials in the 
past but they are always either too disabled to really test, or they weren't 
very good.
