A couple of questions on 2008 domains.
We have a backward compatible 2003 domain, and we cannot add a 2008
domain controller. I suspect that it is because we are running the
2003 domain in 2000 compatibility mode.
If we upgrade to a full 2003 domain ,will we have to readd all of the
computers to the domain or will they still work without removing and
readding to the domain? Most of the information I have found online
is going from 2000 to higher domains.
We have all xp machines and 2003 servers.
If we are running in full 2003 mode, will I be able to add the 2008
as a additional domain controller, or will it have to be the primary?

The real problem is that IP, a connectionless protocol, was never
developed to be the universal protocol. ATM was developed to serve
that purpose and failed.
