I tried Sonicwall. First box I got randomly shut down and I had to return.
Second one had some other issue which I can't recall at the moment but I had to
send it back as well, so I ended up going back to what I know, Watchguard. I've
never had to use Watchguard tech support so I can't say if its good or bad. Any
issue I've ever had I was able to figure out using the user forum. I've been
using Watchguard since 97.

  Just a really, REALLY bad set of experiences with Sonic tech support for a TZ
a few years back . language barrier was tough ( obviously on the Asian
sub-continent ) and knowledge of general networking sucked . pretty much just
a script reader for the first two levels , but I firmly think the escalation
for the first level was another first level sitting nearby without a call .. I
wasted hours and hours on the phone with those bozos, time that I couldn't bill
for and will never get back.

  Your mileage may vary, but MY experience with Sonic peaked with the Tele2
before the TZ came out .

  Ooo, snap!

  I use SonicWALL myself, but I'd rather use Juniper.
