Sounds like a good thing there . I've since used CheckPoint, Netscreen/Juniper, Cisco, and a few others and pretty much avoid Sonic unless and until they give me a reason to try them again. _____ From: James Kerr [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, September 23, 2009 12:40 PM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: Re: Abandoning Cisco I tried Sonicwall. First box I got randomly shut down and I had to return. Second one had some other issue which I can't recall at the moment but I had to send it back as well, so I ended up going back to what I know, Watchguard. I've never had to use Watchguard tech support so I can't say if its good or bad. Any issue I've ever had I was able to figure out using the user forum. I've been using Watchguard since 97. I wasted hours and hours on the phone with those bozos, time that I couldn't bill for and will never get back. Your mileage may vary, but MY experience with Sonic peaked with the Tele2 before the TZ came out . _____ From: Micheal Espinola Jr [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, September 23, 2009 12:19 PM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: Re: Abandoning Cisco Ooo, snap!
