What we've done for our plain machines with needs for a third monitor is
add in a PCI video card with DVI. Cheap and easy solution. You could
even use a USB device that will work as long as you're not looking for
outrageous resolutions. Just google for USB to DVI video card and you'll
find something.

Matrox and nVidia PNY show as having quad monitor cards in the $250
range , but I have no personal experience with them
