Sam, That was for way back when a lot of apps would not release memory properly when run under Terminal Services/Citrix. It got so bad that Citrix actually added the ability to schedule reboots of Citrix servers from within the mgmt consoles. I still run into places who still believe that is necessary when it rarely is needed anymore. That is provided you are running a modern version of Citrix/Terminal Services. There are still a TON of places running NT4 and MetaFrame 1.x.
