I don't think such an animal exists, but if it did that would be awesome. The closest thing to that I've seen is the script Brian Desmond posted a link to a while back, but involves some other infrastructure related setup, different from WSUS. http://briandesmond.com/tools/simplepatch/
Without that setup, the closest thing I can think of is to force a wuauclt /detectnow with psexec and have Group Policy configured (and already applied) to install updates.
