Hi All, We have a number of staff that move around with laptops and mini-printers. Until recently we've had luck with the HP OfficeJet H470 units, but our last round, almost every unit failed out of the box. HP made us spend hours on the phone "trouble shooting" until we got HP to acknowledge the units were c-r-a-p. So, I'm looking for other small printers. And after my techs spending (wasting) hours with HP, I don't want to use HP. Suggestions?
