I did some side work like that and realized it was not worthwhile.  Most of the 
people you get business from are family, friends and friends of friends.  The 
second you touch their system, they think they can call you 24/7 for ANY 
support issue with their system.  Most of the time it is only a 5 minute fix 
and not worth charging for, but when they do this 10-20 times a year, it adds 
up.

Have a set price sheet and make sure they know what the cost is upfront.  
Hourly prices are the safest for you.
