One thing I also did before touching someone's system was to make a complete backup and verify the backup FIRST! This was built into the hourly cost.
Like David just said, I only do home systems if I can do it at MY HOUSE, on MY TIME! I have many more resources at my house than I could bring with me to someone elses.
