Good idea. I can use G4L or something like it to image a disk to an external
HDD or something. Thanks for the suggestion.

I make customers read and sign a relase form.  Also 9 times out of 10 I'll
do a disk image of the computer before I work on it so worst case scenario I
still have the data to recover from.
