if they both have reasonably robust internet connectivity, simple to just set up a site-to-site vpn between subnets ( just have to make sure they're not using same subnet in both locations ) Otherwise you get a little more expensive doing private network via line of sight laser connections, or mono-directional wireless ( shielded yagis on line of sight )
