It may LOOK fine, but try clicking any of the links in the main part of the
page. The @#...@#% website is built using VML for everything but the left
side,
and the MS-Word-built page simulates the clickable VML links with unclickable
GIFs.

What's even more irritating is this -- I wrote the webmaster whining and here's
what I got back:

------- Included Stuff Follows -------
The Postfix program

<[email protected]>: host mx.west.cox.net[68.6.19.3] said: 550 5.1.1
<[email protected]> recipient rejected - Refer to Error Codes section at
http://postmaster.cox.net for more information. (in reply to RCPT TO
    command)

--------- Included Stuff Ends ---------

Cox's "error codes" page says this is an unknown address. FWIW
http://www.google.com/search?q=550+5.1.1 has lots of funny stuff:

550 5.1.1 User Unknown error (but the user is known)
    550 5.1.1 No such user h34si1677928wxd
Error while sending mail: 550 5.1.1 unknown or illegal alias

I'll ask my client if he knows a different contact for the webmaster ;-)

Fun way to spend a Friday night diagnosing this, anyway [bseg] ...
