We have the same issues with power fluctuations here in Clearwater with progressive energy. I went out and found a few 1100 w psu's on ebay and dropped new batteries in them all. A few then started bitching because it cut into their smoke breaks when it didn't happen anymore... damned if you do damned if you don't...
