The server was using temporary CALs up until some of them have expired. The server isnt issuing any of the per users CALs that are installed on the licensing server, which happens to be the same server. Licenses server shows as being active, and I can see that there are per user CALs available but it hasnt issued any of them. Anyone have any idea why?
