Does access to a locked computer mean within the context of the logged on user? If so, that would mean giving him all the usernames and passwords. You could create a domain group called CSComputers, put the manager in it, and add it to the local admins group on each machine. That would give him access to the computers as himself - but he'd be an admin.

As far as I know, the only way to do that is to have him get the login information for everyone in his area. Do you guys know of any other way to do this? -- Thanks, John Aldrich Blueridge Industries IT Manager ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~ ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~
