That prolly should've been CSComputerAdmins or something like that.

Does access to a locked computer mean within the context of the logged on user? 
 If so, that would mean giving him all the usernames and passwords.  You could 
create a domain group called CSComputers, put the manager in it, and add it to 
the local admins group on each machine.  That would give him access to the 
computers as himself - but he'd be an admin.

I'm out of the office today on a weather-related outage (it's not safe to 
drive to work today due to a winter storm yesterday) and our customer 
service manager sent me an email that he'd like to have access to every 
customer service PC at any given time, whether it's locked or not.

As far as I know, the only way to do that is to have him get the login 
information for everyone in his area. Do you guys know of any other way to 
do this?
