There's no way to do what he has requested, and it's a security issue waiting
to happen.

I'm out of the office today on a weather-related outage (it's not safe to
drive to work today due to a winter storm yesterday) and our customer
service manager sent me an email that he'd like to have access to every
customer service PC at any given time, whether it's locked or not.

As far as I know, the only way to do that is to have him get the login
information for everyone in his area. Do you guys know of any other way to
do this?
