Using what app?

If they're just copying the files via explorer, then this is doable (using
special perms). If you're using an app, especially a Microsoft Office app,
then in some cases it's not possible.

What's driving this need?

What permissions would I need to give someone to a folder on a Win2k3 server
that would allow them to put files in the folder, but not delete them or
modify them?
