I don't understand what it is you're trying to achieve. You mention psexec and 
then you also talk about a screen like a terminal server.

Do to an idiot here messing with a day end scripting pc process I am being ask 
to find out what people would use to run an app remotely. I tried psexec but I 
can't seem to get it to work.
Ideally I would like these operators to get the screen of the app just as 
though they were logged on.
Gotta love politics in the office.
