psexec is the most well known of these kinds of apps, but RDP could be

I would guess there's a GUI wrapper for psexec, but I haven't searched
for one, so can't say for sure.

I don�t understand what it is you�re trying to achieve. You mention psexec

Do to an idiot here messing with a day end scripting pc process I am being
ask to find out what people would use to run an app remotely. I tried psexec
but I can�t seem to get it to work.

Ideally I would like these operators to get the screen of the app just as
though they were logged on.
