I think the OP is asking for something similar to what I've heard you can do
in *nix - run a command on a remote machine using SSH and display the GUI on
your local desktop. Or similarly using "Screen" to show the CLI from the
remote machine on your local machine.

I don't understand what it is you're trying to achieve. You mention psexec

Do to an idiot here messing with a day end scripting pc process I am being
ask to find out what people would use to run an app remotely. I tried psexec
but I can't seem to get it to work.

Ideally I would like these operators to get the screen of the app just as
though they were logged on.
