An interesting thing to note for anybody running VMware ESX. If you purchase the Windows DataCenter Server license, you can use that for unlimited windows servers on a VMware host. It's not limited to Hyper-V only. Just make sure your VMware host meets the licensing for the Data Center server you purchased.
