Looks like it's pretty easy, just run the uninstaller with /s:

Flash Player is used by lots of websites, Shockwave not so much. I wouldn't expect to push Shockwave in a business environment, might even banish it altogether if possible. If it's Flash Player, I've noticed that 10e will replace or uninstall 10d, but prior to that, previous versions weren't removed. Removing the old one is as easy as deleting the flash10d.ocx or flash10c.ocx, etc. As a best practice you do want old insecure versions removed.
