Do you wear it on a rope around your neck, Flavor Flav style or do you just have a really big hip holster? :) As I have heard said about camera phones, the best camera is the one that you have with you. Having email, browser, et al readily available all the time is the differentiator.
Saying that doing email on a phone is no good because a laptop is better, is kind of like saying that doing email on a laptop is no good because my quad-monitor desktop is better. Laptops let you do your "computer stuff" a lot more places than your desktop does. Likewise a phone lets you do many of the same things in even more places. My netbook cost less than $300.00, and I'd take that over a smartphone any day. I'm a touch typist, and *cannot* wrap my mind around a phone-sized device. Plus, if it's a one-liner response to something, a phone call will suffice. On Tue, Mar 9, 2010 at 10:33, Andrew S.
