Thanks for the update Stu. None of these hiccups scare me. Sunbelt has more than proved themselves to me already. I haven't done the upgrade yet, and I'm not one bit scared to do so :) Every update has in the past has gone flawless for me. Sam

It's true we are very busy, but the vast majority of installations go without a hitch. Yes, the fact we have SQL express now does cause a wrinkle here and there, but that's easy to explain and get to work. There are actually no large "known issues" with the new V4 release. I can see the stats from here and there are 1,700 servers installed with Version 4. They are downloading logs. Mine is not the first complaint they're receive concerning the inability to push out new agents. 2. The fact that remote report servers or consoles do not work is also a known issue. My rep said their developers are pounding away at the code trying to figure out why that broke.
