Very legitimate.  And their name got big after the WTC collapse and
Katrina.  We collocate and have a business continuity strategy.  We have
a very good relationship with them, and actually have very affordable
plans.  They are negotiable, but also don't deal with small companies
much.
Only complaint is their Managed Storage service.

"availability" / data / business-continuity services and before I talk
much to them, I want to make sure they're 1) legitimate and 2) not
